Manhole Covers of Pasadena and South Pasadena, Los Angeles County, California

Manhole Covers of Pasadena

Pasadena is located in the San Gabriel Valley and foothills of the San Gabriel Mountains.   Pasadena is the city that holds the Rose Bowl Parade on New Year's Day, and was founded in the mid-late 1800s.   The Ventura Highway (State Route 134) ends in Pasadena, where it joints Interstate 210 (Foothill Freeway) and I-110 (Pasadena Freeway).   Pasadena is the home of the Norton-Simon Museum and Jet Propolsion Labratory and CalTect.   Pasadena was the first city in California in which I lived, back in 1954, where my father was a pastor in a funeral home, where we lived.

Manhole Covers of South Pasadena

As you might have guessed, South Pasadena is located south of the City of Pasadena.   I-110 passes through South Pasadena.
