Free Oak Seedlings

Lavatera assurgentiflora, © Carlin Moyer, Illustrator
If you live in the Ojai Valley, then you qualify to receive native oak tree seedlings for planting in your yard or neighborhood.   Angelo of Acorns Made into Seedlings, of Ojai, has taken it upon himself to help replant the native oak forests and woodlands of the Ojai Valley by collecting acorns of native oak trees (primarily Coast Live Oak [Quercus agrifolia] and Valley Oak [Quercus lobata]) and sprouting them.   He is making them available free to all who live in the Ojai Valley.   Call Angelo at 805/500-5378 to get some local baby oak trees.
