David Magney Environmental Consulting (DMEC) and Mr. Magney have assisted hundreds of clients with a wide variety of projects throughout the West, as well as projects in Alaska, the Gulf states (Alabama and Mississippi), Ecuador (Guayaquil and Amazon areas), and Sweden.   Most of our experience is in California.

DMEC has been on Ventura County Planning Division's list of approved biological consultants since July 1997.   Los Angeles County Regional Planning added DMEC to its Certified Biologist list in 2004, and DMEC is also on Santa Barbara County Planning and Development's Specialty Consultant List.
