This is a study of manhole covers from Malta, an island country in the Mediterranean Sea.
Manhole Covers of Malta
Presently, I have only photos of covers from Malta taken by Gail Endelman-Small. Malta is 93 km off the coast of Sicily in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea and consists of 7 islands. Malta is a member of the European Union, joining in 2004. Malta gained its independence from Great Britain in 1964, and is part of the British Commonwealth of Nations.
